Hi! My name is Alana. I'm 20 years old and going to be a senior in the fall at Umass Amherst. My major is English with an Italian minor. I love reading, writing, editing, and pretty much anything "English-esque". I have had a love for reading, writing, and language for as long as I can remember, and that passion has only grown stronger as I have gotten older. Through studying English and literature in college, I have also grown to appreciate all the new challenges and complexities that English encompasses. Though the papers are much longer and the readings much more difficult than they were when I first discovered my love for it, the reward is also that much better. I am excited to meet, work, and learn with you!
