Certified Tutor

I am a student at Texas A and M University pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics. I graduated from the Marine Academy of Technology and Environmental Science in Stafford, NJ in 2018.

I have experience tutoring my peers in all levels of high school math courses and standardized test prep. I enjoy tutoring because I want to help others achieve the level of success I have been able to achieve. I find great joy when a difficult topic finally 'clicks' for a student and they gain confidence and a greater passion for learning. My teaching philosophy is to make a topic interesting and tangible so that a student will find an inner motivation to learn it and master it. I also like to confirm a students current knowledge in order to instill confidence.

Outside of tutoring and my studies I am an avid runner and enjoy being outdoors.
