Certified Tutor
I am a graduate of Yeshiva University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Psychology. Since graduation, I have been working as a tutor, personal fitness trainer, and EMT. Currently, I am applying to medical school; in the mean time, however, I will be completing my masters degree in nutritional science at Columbia University.
While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Biology, Chemistry, Neuroscience, Psychology and Nutrition. Basically If there is a science/health care related subjected a student is interested in learning, I am interested in teaching it!
In my experience helping struggling students prepare for exams, we always seem to have the most fun with applicable questions to their lives based on the material. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading that which enriches my life, exercising, and writing.
