I am a native of Detroit, MI and I've always loved teaching others. I received my education at Oakland University where I am currently obtaining a degree in Criminal Justice. I have been a mentor and tutor since my high school years. Working with youth that are having issues reading and writing are especially rewarding to me as I struggled with reading at a young age myself. I love interactive tutoring, including games, music, and art into my sessions to make them more interesting and engaging. My hobbies include reading, writing, hiking, and refurbishing furniture.
