Certified Tutor

Life is full of opportunities and experiences, and from each comes an opportunity to learn. In school we are the essentially drinking from a fire hose; sometimes it is helpful to have someone help us trap the water we did drink, in order to later absorb it. Tutoring has done that for me in many classes, especially in learning another language. Someone with experience can help to clear up questions that can be answered by screaming at the textbook with no reply to our frustration.

I enjoy mountain biking and being active. So much of life is in our heads, but being active helps me to feel alive in my own body. I believe working hard is important to a wholesome life. We can all do hard things.
