Certified Tutor

I am currently a junior at Georgia Institute of Technology. After finishing an Associate in Science degree at a local community college, I transferred to Georgia Tech to complete a Chemical Engineering degree.

I have been working as a tutor since my senior year in high school. The subjects that I tutor are math (algebra to calculus), physics, and chemistry. When working students, I always try to break down difficult concepts and regularly review them by doing practice problems. Although math and science questions require precise answers, I want to show my students different ways to approach them. Specifically, I want my students to know how and why certain formulas are used, instead of just blindly applying them. We work together to analyze the questions and attempt to solve them using appropriate tools.
