Education and the process of learning has been one of the most foundational (its underlined as if it wasn't a word, but it is) aspects of my life. In fact, I do not remember a single moment of my life where I haven't been learning in a formal context. Growing up with a college professor as a father, every experience was an opportunity to learn. From vacations to colonial Williamsburg where I learned about the structure and politics of the pre-revolutionary American colonies, to movie nights with my parents where we watched Casablanca and I learned about the German invasion of France and the puppet government they installed to be sympathetic to the Nazi political movement - I was always learning. This passion continued with my into my collegiate life, where I felt motivated and driven to pursue double majoring while also running for - and getting - leadership positions in professional academic groups. This is the passion for learning and the drive for excellence that I would love to help instill in others on their own paths to academic and intellectual success. If given the great honor of being able to educate others, I would insure that the clients of Varsity Tutors feel that their time and money have been well spent.

With my free time, I love to sit down to read a good book or watch a classic movie. When not doing those things, you will likely find me either playing saxophone or on the tennis court. I also enjoy traveling and eating foods from around the world.
