Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Baylor University. I received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on medicine and a minor in Business Administration. During my undergraduate career, I spent a lot of time tutoring and mentoring students in a variety of subjects ranging from introduction of Biology to Economics. While I did tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about the sciences, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Since I have graduated, I volunteer with the Refugee Services of Texas, helping out in any opportunity I can, which have also included a variety of mentorships. In my experience, helping people get through a struggle, whether it be studying for a test or getting assimilated into a new country, has truly been a rewarding feat. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading that which enriches my life, playing sports, and enjoying a fun board game every once and a while.

As a graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, my biggest interest is in the medical sciences. I personally enjoy reading articles about the latest innovations and medicine and what is going on in the research of that realm. As of my hobbies, I very much enjoy volunteering, woodworking, and playing sports every once and a while.
