My favorite part of teaching is finding the best learning style for each student such as baking as applied chemistry for the more hands on students to discussing the implications of any misconceptions for the theoretically inclined.
As a recent UC graduate, I have had the chance to work with students from a large variety of backgrounds in many fascinating subjects ranging from calculus and foundational engineering courses such as material and energy balances and basic electrical circuits to practicing more fundamental skills such as quantitative reasoning and algebra. Outside of traditional classroom subjects, I have also previously worked with students preparing for exams such as the GRE and grad school applications.
I measure my success based on your success and improvement by working together.
