As an experienced educator of over eleven years, I have developed a passion and personal commitment to helping children succeed. I am looking to expand my role as an educator, to create a diverse, inclusive, challenging environment where all children can excel and thrive. Throughout my career, I have learned how to create a classroom environment that truly facilitates learning and has provided many opportunities for scaffolding children's learning, using ingenuity, humor, fun, and creativity. One of the things that gives me the greatest joy is to see a child who comes to love learning, and to witness the joy they experience when they reach a new goal or understand a concept.
