My goal in teaching, mentoring, or training is to turn every student, learner, or trainee into a genius, which - in my definition - is simply someone who consistently (1) knows when he/she is lucky (e.g., recognizing hints and self-revealing secrets); (2) welcomes luck (e.g., visualizing whatever he/ she does or reads); and (3) takes responsibility for his/ her own success or happiness! Everyone can excel or succeed by persistently following the three rules above.
