Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of DeLand High School. I received my International Baccalaureate diploma and was Salutatorian of my graduating class. I am currently attending Stetson University, and am working toward my major in Computer Science, as well as my minor in Music. While I tutor a range of subjects, I am most passionate about Math, English, and Spanish. In my experience helping peers in these subjects, I have learned that different types of learners require different teaching styles to absorb the information fully, and have had practice adjusting to those needs. I believe a quality education is essential in building a solid foundation for a quality life. Encompassed in a quality education is learning to love learning; I am a proponent for life-long learning, as I think embracing this idea leads to a more fulfilling life. In my spare time, I enjoy playing piano, yoga, reading, and spending quality time with the people in my life.
