Certified Tutor

I am a Journalism and Writing graduate of Eastern Nazarene College. I aspire to be a published author in the near future, until then I am working on my writing and helping others to develop as writers. Since graduation I have worked in a variety of jobs involving education. I was a peer college tutor, supplemental instruction leader, teaching assistant, and most recently a full time tutor at City on a Hill Public Charter School. I love seeing students grow in confidence as readers and writers. My main expertise as a tutor is in literature, writing, and English in general. I am very passionate about education and hope that helping others to learn and enjoy learning is something I'll be doing for the rest of my life. In my spare time I'm a barista, love playing with my cat, read, write, craft, and run a Daisy Girl Scout troop.
