Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your tutor! My name is Della, I am a certified special education teacher and I have several years of experience working at the elementary level. My specific areas of expertise include working with English Language learners, teaching basic reading and math skills in English as well as in Spanish, working with students who have special needs such as learning disabilities, cognitive impairments, autism, ADHD and other specific learning needs. My experience working with these special populations makes me uniquely qualified to meet the needs of all learners, including gifted students and students who may need some reinforcement to boost their skills.
