Hi everyone! My name is Don, and I teach AP World, APUSH, AP Euro, AP Human Geography, AP Gov and AP African American Studiesmost of my students earn full marks on the exam! I'm also a field anthropologist, and my research on living cultures has taken me to over 90 countries and counting. I'm excited to share my passion for history, geography, and global cultures with you all!
NOTE :
- I can communicate in English, Italian or Spanish, and some Japanese.
- I excel in teaching History & Geography to young learners ages 6-14.
- For high schoolers, we follow the College Board AMSCO Syllabus for AP World, APUSH, AP European History, AP African American Studies, AP Government & AP Human Geography.

ME AS A TEACHER AND TEACHING STYLE
I have been a classroom teacher since 2004. I started with high school-age youth and have now taught from preschool age 4 up to university seniors since then. My specialty is in highlighting marginalized history; History of the African Diaspora, History of the Americas, Indigenous Resistance to European Powers, Filipino Diaspora, Global LGBTQ+ Experiences & more!
