Certified Tutor
I am a graduate of Michigan State University, where I received my Bachelor's in English with a Specialization in Creative Writing. From there, I furthered my academic career at Schoolcraft College where I received an Associate's in Culinary Arts and obtained my Certified Sous Chef designation. At Schoolcraft, I became a teacher's aide/sous chef and was able to teach students from different backgrounds and age groups, and was able to develop and adjust teaching styles based on the needs of the student.
I believe that tutoring not only helps the student, but the tutor as well! It keeps skills sharp, and improves communication and language skills while helping to further the education of the student.
