I am a graduate of Lindsey Wilson College. I received my Bachelor of Arts in English, and graduated summa cum laude. While in college, I worked as a Resident Assistant and as a tutor in the campus Writing Center. The students I worked with ranged from 18-year old incoming freshmen to 65-year olds getting their first college degree. They came from Spain, Lithuania, Korea, and from ten minutes down the road from the college. I am most passionate about writing and English literature. I enjoy reading, writing, films, and soccer. When it comes to tutoring, I've been on both sides of the table, so I know how it feels to struggle with a particular subject. But I also know what it takes to move from struggling to understanding to enjoying that subject. It takes time, patience, and commitment from both the student AND the tutor.
