Since I was very young, I've been very good at tutoring. Helping others with course work in school was the most common thing. Some of my friends even asked me to help their little sisters or brothers during long breaks, and the outcome was always outstanding.
I always take two steps while tutoring others. Firstly, I will understand how the student think about the problem. Secondly, based on student's own idea, I will guide him/her to get the answer. I believe that what really matters is the method and thought instead of answer itself.
