I recently graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Anthropology: Global Health and Spanish. As such, I have had many opportunities to mentor other students in both academic and extracurricular settings. As a teacher's assistant, I discovered my passions for mentorship and pedagogy. I had the chance to work one-on-one with students and help them problem solve through difficult concepts in lecture material and course exams. I love working to help students succeed academically because it is incredibly rewarding to see others understand and develop an interest in challenging areas of study. I believe that my background as a Spanish major, Biology minor, and pre-medical student have prepared me to share with others the skills that I have mastered in these fields.
