As Spanish, Afternoon Teacher and Tutor, I prepared not just theory material, but age appropriate fun activities that encourage all my students to learn a new language. My students are immersed right away in how to use phrases, remember words ad conversation through various activities such as music, craft and games.

At the Boyle County Library kids were glad to come to hear me reading a new Spanish story each week. They also bring part of the story home by creating a craft designed by me inspired by the story.

Teaching my two children has been a rewarding experience. As a home school teacher I select and organize the children school curriculum. Math, reading, grammar, spelling, history, geography, science, typing, music, arts and craft are just few of the subjects taught at my home school. My children are thought through text work books, computer software and hands on activities. In addition to classroom instruction I have planned and organized various field trips including Center College Glass Studio KET TV station and others. As a teacher I think it is very important to explain to my children the whys and hows of lessons in order for them to comprehend and learn.
