I have two masters degrees. One degree is in Publishing and it is from New York University and the other is from Hunter College and it is in TESOL which is teaching English to Speakers of other Languages. I want to pursue a doctorate degree as well. I have five years of tutoring experience and over fifteen years of teaching experience. I tutor English and Writing. My favorite subject to tutor is English because I have dedicated my life to the mastery of the English language. I also write stories in my free time and I also love to travel.
My tutoring style is first I diagnose where a student needs help. I also access the students' learning style and work from there. I also use a variety of ways to explain a concept in order to help a student comprehend what he or she is learning.

What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is that every student can learn. Every student has a different way of learning as well. Some are aural learners, other are verbal or tactile learners. It takes a special tutor to aid different learners with varying learning styles, and I am that tutor.
