My parents always ask me to babysit my younger sister since in their view "I am a very good trainer" since I have the ability to make people listen and understand their parts in very simple way. That was the beginning of my teaching journey. I used to tutor my sisters, my cousins and later tutor my classmates, and slowly teaching became my passion now.

My degree has trained me to understand individuals strengths, weaknesses and the way to understand their personality, since I believe teaching and learning procedure is unique for every individual.

During my early tutoring career, I have leaned the different way of creating lesson plans, session notes and interactive questionnaires to make the learning session effective. These practices have given me a good understanding of the primary curriculum and of what makes effective teaching.

My time in school and tutoring experience have developed my philosophy of valuing each student as an individual, as well as part of a community. I aim to give student as many learning opportunities and experiences as possible in order to engage, motivate and prepare them for future life. An appropriate, balanced, challenging and creative curriculum is essential in developing individual's skills, knowledge and understanding. These all underpin personalized learning.

I love to read and learn about Science, especially Biological science because I believe biological science is a next generation science. All the upgrades and advancement we are achieving in other fields, now we are applying those into the living science. So I believe this is a superior science.
I have in particular come to understand the value of sharing learning objectives and success criteria with student through teaching.
My university course, especially my teaching practice, has confirmed my belief that teaching is one of the most challenging, demanding, and exciting passions for me. I really look forward to working in a job that is so important, being privileged to be such a vital part of so individuals and making a real difference where I can share and gain my knowledge at the same time.
