Hi! My name is Rashell, and I'm not your typical nerd. Sure, I have an atypical affinity for Mathematics, but I am also a die-hard athlete. I was a three-sport athlete through high school and college. In my limited downtime, I tutored fellow students in my favorite subject. So I know a few things about juggling academics along with athletics. I spent a few years teaching English overseas after graduating from MNU, and have now returned to the Land of Oz to put down some roots. My friends always call upon me for assistance with anything math-related. I enjoy helping them understand concepts which previously eluded comprehension. So many people have been turned off by Math for whatever reason. I strive to break through that mindset of "I can't, Math is too hard" and help each student discover how, with the right tools, content knowledge, and problem-solving strategies, Math can become much easier, and dare I say it, fun!
