Certified Tutor

I graduated this past May from Illinois State University with a degree in Elementary Education. I have experience working with students from kindergarten through eighth grade. I am specifically endorsed in reading, language arts, and social studies. I will soon be endorsed in science as well. I enjoy tutoring because of the one-on-one interaction that does not occur as frequently in a classroom setting. I am very passionate about teaching and have a lot of new ideas to bring to tutoring sessions. When I am not tutoring you can find me working as a camp counselor or at home going for a bike ride with my siblings. I am excited to meet my students and am anxious to begin!
