About Me

Hi! My name is Kathryne. I am 29 years old and live Philadelphia with my fiance and our two dogs. I am a Master of Public Health candidate at the Johns Hopkins School in Baltimore. My focused area of study is Behavioral and Social Health Sciences and I will begin pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology next year. I have gained extensive tutoring experience over the last 14 years. I began tutoring my sophomore year of high school and continued as an undergrad student at the University of Pennsylvania where I tutored and mentored middle school to high school aged students in a wide range of subjects including English literature; writing; language, math (Pre-Algebra through Pre-Calculus), sciences (Biology, Environmental/Earth, Chemistry), ACT / SAT prep, and college application essay writing. As the eldest of three girls, I work well with kids of all ages and am responsible, dependable, and sociable. I have always loved learning, and want to use that passion to help younger students achieve their academic goals!
