About Me

I recently graduated from law school and attended college at Saint Mary's in Indiana. I am originally from the Austin, TX area but am happy to call Chicago "home". As a younger student English and Social Studies always came easily to be but I struggled with Math quite a bit and had to work hard to master the subject material. I understand the position of being a student working to understand a difficult concept and I think that helps me when tutoring students. I tutored high school and elementary students in high school and college. Outside of law school and tutoring I enjoy exploring our beautiful city, picking up interesting books at book fairs and used book festivals and taste testing cider. I'm a laid back and patient tutor which I think helps when working with a student who is struggling in addition to having been in their position at one time myself.
