I am Alex, and I am looking forward to tutoring you. I am currently in my 6th year teaching and looking to use some of the strategies that I use in the classroom on some of my tutees. I try to get students to have a mathematical mindset.

I am a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the chemistry department. I obtained a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Language studies with a focus in Spanish in 2018. I enjoy seeing students succeed and discover all the joys that STEM can bring. I am also passionate about the Spanish language and its culture.

I'm an actor and director. This year, I'm going to be acting in THE LARAMIE PROJECT and JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT. I'll be directing MOANA and THE JUNGLE BOOK over the summer.

I am a normal person just like everybody else. I recently graduated with a PhD in Chemistry, and I used to be top in my classes when I was in school. I said this not to brag, by all means, but to stress that anybody can do it too -- as long as they are passionate enough to work for it. My job is to help you find that passion, help you develop confidence in the subjects, or at the very least, help you succeed in your classes and exams.

I am in charge of all the 10 year olds and their counselors. I also do tutoring while I'm there. When I'm not teaching at school I am tutoring online. I have tutored ESL students online as well as tutored students in grades K-9 in person. I love reading, writing, and math. I hope to be your tutor. I am a professor and former dean at a university. I am also an editor for student papers. I have a degree in BS in Life Sciences, MBA with Business Administration emphasis and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership. I have been teaching for over 20 years and worked as a Dean for 15 years.
