About Me

I am a graduate of Cambridge University in Leadership, from the University of Illinois-Springfield in Online Teaching and Learning, and hold baccalaureate, masters, and doctoral degrees in geology and geochemistry. Since graduation, I have traveled extensively and have presented at over two hundred conferences and international venues. I am the sole or senior author of more than ninety publications, abstracts, presentations and workshops on an international basis. I have taught students in science courses such as geology, geochemistry, earth science, meteorology, oceanography, and astronomy over the past twenty-five years. I have served as an advisor for students in many areas of discipline and have led Study Abroad learning experiences for students in both Australia and Hawai'i.
