About Me

My experiences as a multilingual poet with 20+ years of facilitating workshops in person and online, as a college professor of English composition and literature (6 years) and college admissions counselor (4 years), I have a wealth of resources I access in order to tailor my teaching and tutoring to the students who work with me. First, I actively listen and intensively read. Then I reflect back the strengths I learn through what students share with me. No two students are alike; that is why I believe in different learning pathways to arrive at the same destination: success!
