It should never be entered into lightly. You have the power to shape young minds. As a teacher, it is my duty to motivate and encourage them to want to learn. I also make it my business to assess each child. I know and understand that each child learns differently. Therefore, I find out how they learn so I can teach them in that way. I am an advocate for individualized lesson planning. I believe children should be grouped according to their development and not their age. I also believe that if you teach children at an early age that they are someone, they are loved, show them they are loved, and they will grow with a sense of purpose. Each child has different strengths, different gifts, and different needs. It's my duty to bring them out by supporting them with the tools to make it happen. Just like no two brains are alike, we must know it takes different strategies and techniques to reach children. As educators, we must be willing to put in the necessary work to reach each child. My motto is: "For my children to be their best, I must be the best while always giving them my best.

I am an author who enjoys reading and writing. I am the Founder and President of a Women's Book Club. We have been in existence for 10 years. We have since started an Online version of the Book Club. I love spending time with family and friends. I am also an editor and publisher and I love every minute of bringing people's vision to life.
