About Me

I am very keen on researching and citing, as I worked in university libraries for many years. I am guided by a learner-centered approach. I think it is important to meet students' needs and develop their interests and values. I believe that learning is an individual process of making sense of a student's experiences and beliefs. My approach to teaching is to organize my courses into a series of key topics and spend time preparing clear lectures on each, as well as fostering engagement through discussions. I tend to guide students to think as professionals, as opposed to beginners.
