I am currently a Registered Nurse and MSN candidate. I am currently enrolled in a Dual FNP + Nurse Educator program. I have experience in Medical-Surgical, Surgical-Trauma Critical Care, and Medical Appeals/Quality Assurance/UR.While in nursing school, I was a peer tutor and truly loved helping others succeed. I have decided that I would love to continue this by going to grad school for Nurse Education. I graduated with honors and got all A's and B's while in nursing school. I found a great way to organize my lectures into study guides. I am currently enrolled in a Nurse Educator program and student teach as part of my courses. Currently, we are hybrid and I assist in the virtual aspect of the course. I would love to pass on my knowledge and passion for nursing to those who need help. I would also love to help any high school or middle school students that require assistance in my qualified areas. As a nurse, anatomy/physiology is something that I feel like I am nearly an expert in. I did very well in Pharmacology earning high scores on all exams and recognition from my nursing instructor. I also have a strong background in medical-surgical and complex medical populations. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and truly enjoy learning about human nature. I passed the NCLEX in less than 40 minutes with 75 questions. I studied very hard. I have learned how to read the question in order to ELIMINATE the answers. That is the KEY to NCLEX! And learning how to read what the question is ACTUALLY asking you. But more about that later. I would love to help you not only study, but get organized and stay on track! I am a mother and dog lover. I enjoy taking my kids and dogs on walks, baking and attending my children's extracurriculars. I also enjoy researching and educating myself on new practice techniques in the nursing field.
