About Me

I am a graduate of The University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre. Soon after graduating; I was hired by the Univision Network as an on-camera Video Disc Jockey host and a Disc Jockey at WHYI Y-100, a Pop and Top-40 radio station. I owned and was the Artistic Director of a theatre company that produced many plays while I acted various characters in Telenovelas and TV series on Telemundo and Primetime Network; and have taught at Miami Dade Community College Wolfson Campus, subjects such as English, Business English, Grammar, Reading, Writing, Spanish, ESOL, Accent Reduction and Voice and Diction in Business Schools, K-12 via the LAUSD school system and After School Programs in Los Angeles, for a total of fourteen years, as well as teaching Filmmaking, Film Producing, Theatre, Acting, TV Scriptwriting and Feature Film Scriptwriting. I believe education is the key to a better life with a brighter future; and I even invented an educational game in English and Spanish with words that thrill my students; creating joy and focus in them as they learn and progress in their vocabulary and varied studies in general. On my spare time I love delving into reading a good book, I practice Yoga and I enjoy traveling to far off distant lands.
