I've had the pleasure of sharing some of my passions with first and second graders, as I have led art projects and singing lessons for a split class of this age group. As an avid writer, I have a thorough understanding of the English language, and my experiences with those first and second graders have taught me how to share my knowledge in simple and effective ways that kids can understand. I am very academically inclined and have been the beneficiary of a wide variety of schooling methods: home, public, private, charter and online. If I have learned anything from my schooling experiences, it's that there are so many different ways through which children can receive a great education. Every child is unique, and I believe that all students should have access to care and individualization in their schooling. And as a tutor, I'm in the extraordinary position of being able to bring this special attention into students' lives.
