About Me

I am 37 years and was born in raised in the Philadelphia area. At age 20 I left the US to go study Spanish in Valencia Spain. After graduating from the Spanish course in Valencia, I decided to stay because I loved it and needed to perfect my language skills as well. I lived in Spain for three years, giving private English classes at home and formal classes at a school. It was in Spain that I got a real grasp of the Spanish language and also got certified as an EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher. I later went on to receive my bachelors in Spanish in the US. While getting my bachelor's degree, one of my jobs was being a private Spanish tutor. I also lived in Chile for a year teaching English and soaking up the Chilean Spanish dialect. I speak, read and write classical Arabic and I also speak Farsi at an intermediate level. I am available to teach any level of Spanish you'd like.
