About Me

I graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. While I was in school, I had many classmates who were great at explaining subjects to me. Toward the end of my college career, I was able to do the same with other classmates, and I find I really enjoy helping other students understand subjects, especially math. I bring myself alongside students to figure out how they learn best and adjust my teaching style accordingly. I love it when students understand the material well enough to be able to explain it to someone else. Outside of work and tutoring, I enjoy swing dancing, road trips, fishing, hiking, and the outdoors in general.
