My teaching approach would simulate a tour guide of a great art museum. I have the knowledge and experience about the building, and guide the students through the tour with the syllabus and learning objectives being the focus. However, it is up to each student to find and explore the artwork for themselves to make the most out of this learning experience. Each student has to engage him or herself in the work; I can just present ideas, materials, and give a perspective to the learning tour and journey.
