About Me

I am currently a freshman Biochemistry major at the University of Texas at Austin. My career goals are to become a surgeon and also conduct neuroscience research. I have been interested in the medical field since I was in 3rd grade, however my favorite subject has always been math. I genuinely enjoy seeing someone solve a problem on their own and gaining that spark that motivates them to continue. I am currently involved in a PreHealth Honor Society called Alpha Epsilon Delta. I am also a member of HOSA (Health Occupations of Students of America. During my free time I go on trips with the Texas State Parks Club. Overall I am a very casual and down to earth type person and I assume I have a pretty approachable personality.
