About Me

A recent graduate from Baylor University with a bachelor of science in neuroscience. Currently I am a part-time 9th grade biology and 11th grade chemistry teacher, while also pursuing a 2nd degree to become a registered nurse. I have a passion for science and psychology. In previous years I have helped students with algebra, geometry, biology, intro in psychology, intro to neuroscience, and genetics. While at Baylor I worked in after school care where I helped K-5th grade with homework, mainly math and science. While teaching concepts I try to use analogies or examples that are relevant to the student. Outside of work and school I exercise, play with my dog, play tennis, volunteer or watch movies comedies, or sports. During football season I play fantasy football.
