I'm a recent CS grad, having tutored high school- and college-aged students over the complete gamut of computer science topics from the basics of programming language constructs to computational analysis and finite automata. I find that CS is best taught by example, so my teaching methods will involve going through scaled-down examples by hand, and for programming problems, stepping through code line by line to understand how everything works.
