I am a graduate of Prairie View A and M University and I received my Bachelor of Science in the field of Chemical Engineering.
After graduation i worked as a consultant for about 18 months and then decided to move towards teaching.

About Me

While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Mathematics and Physics. While in school and University I taught my fellow students and also helped students in grades lower than mine during lunch. While teaching Math I strongly emphasize on the concepts rather than working it out for the student. I am very fond of teaching and find it very relaxing given that the student feels comfortable with me. I tend to change my teaching style as per the requirements of the student thus making me a favorite among my clients. In my spare time, I enjoy playing cricket, watching movies and enhancing my current education by reading books and learning about new stuff.

To stay motivated I would sometimes give them a sense of control as to what they want to work on. Create a penalty free environment where they won't be penalized for wrong answers. Also use competition which would motivate them to work harder. I would offer rewards and give them responsibilities. Praise them when they are correct as that would make them be proud of themselves.
