About Me

I am passionate about life-long learning, and making the most of your talents and strengths! Anything is possible with focus, intention, and a positive mindset! I love tutoring in writing, creative writing, essay writing, reading comprehension, research papers (including grad school), counseling, and AP English exam prep. I am an author, wellness coach and consultant, executive and entrepreneur. I have a degree in English Literature from the University of Utah, and I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Psychology. I studied Counseling at Adams State University. I have several books out, and I am Chief Content Officer for a health tech startup.
