About Me

I received my undergraduate degree in Physics with a minor in Mathematics. Also, I recently graduated with my Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in Applied Physics. I love teaching and helping students grasp concepts. I believe in moving beyond rote memorization to personal mastery and ownership of one's education. I found it most rewarding to continuously remind my students that math and science mastery is obtainable as long as they were willing to persevere and struggle through difficult concepts. I look forward to each opportunity to empower my students through tutoring. I have also taught SAT courses, so I realize the importance of student engagement and participation when teaching complex subjects. I adapt my style and teaching to each student.
