My goal as a tutor is to improve the academic achievement of students through encouraging scholarly and personal progress. I maintain that listening to the student in order to asses problem areas within a subject is the best way to establish a working partnership in the effort to support scholarly achievement. I strongly encourage my students to set goals so that they can personally measure their academic progress and improvement.
