About Me

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences through Ashland University in 2008 and my Master of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Sciences through Cleveland State University in 2011.I am currently in Research and Development in the pharmaceutical industry, although my part-time passion remains in tutoring! I understand that no two students learn and comprehend the same way, which makes me an excellent tutor. I strive to learn about the student I am working with to better understand what he/she needs to achieve his/her goals in the program. I take time to explain complex topics and will not move forward until I know my student fully understands these concepts through learning and examples. I have a passion for learning and enjoy passing information on to others. I have helped students (all grade levels) in subjects such as English, Math, and Science since 2011.In my free time, I enjoy hiking outdoors, boating, jet skiing, traveling, dancing (I love Zumba!), and exercise. I love spending quality time with my family and friends, and I strive to learn something new every day!
