I received my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in history with a focus on American history after World War II. I wrote my Master of Arts thesis on equal rights which I am incredibly passionate about. While I have experiencing tutoring a broad range of subjects, I am extremely interested in history. I firmly believe it is important to learn about not only the history of our country, but the history of the world. This is crucial because it shows how one event can be crucial to the country weather economically, socially or politically. I strongly believe that one is never too old to learn something new and that knowledge is power. In my spare time I enjoy running, exploring Long Island and New York City, and reading, especially books about World War II and Vietnam.
