I have a passion for teaching and combining high expectations with inspirational fun experiences that promote curiosity.
I believe our children learn best when their needs and interests are considered and learning is experiential. My vision is to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters a student, teacher, and parent learning community for all. To educate the whole person through rich and diverse project-based learning experiences that values each individual's uniqueness and explore ways to build upon their strengths. To maintain a safe, healthy, atmosphere of belonging that is conducive to learning and growing. To celebrate different learners including English Language Learners and neurodiverse learners and ensuring that all students experience success as lifelong learners. Through rigorous studies, community partnerships, international trips, career shadowing, and internships, students will garner the tools needed to become productive citizens.
I have obtained two Masters degrees in Childhood Education, Teaching Students with. Disabilities, and in Educational Leadership and Administration. I am currently a Doctoral candidate for research in leading inclusive learning environments globally.
