As a dedicated tutor with a Master's degree in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and English, I am passionate about fostering academic success in my students throughout a multitude of academic areas. With over 2 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in a wide array of subjects- including standardized testing, AP sciences and English literature. In addition to this, I also am experienced in helping students with general class preparedness and refining their academic habits.
My teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions and build upon complex concepts. I firmly believe that every student contains the potential to excel, and I strive to tap into that potential while we make learning a collaborative and enjoyable journey.

Outside of tutoring, I love to stay active- most recently with the addition of golf. I also love to play piano and am always reading- from an old thriller novel to the latest publications regarding notable scientific developments. I believe that these activities enrich me as a person as well as my teaching approach; they help me to keep my lessons relevant, positive, and energized.
