Certified Tutor

I am an Honors College student working towards obtaining my Bachelor's in May. I am majoring in Law and Justice with a minor in Italian. Upon graduation, I will be attending the University of Pennsylvania to pursue a Master's Degree in Criminology. I grew up learning Spanish simultaneously with English and have tutored in all levels of Spanish for the last four years. I also have a strong passion for history and government, and have experience tutoring in those subjects as well. I have worked with high school students taking classes at the University of Nebraska as a student mentor and have also spent time as a Student-Athlete tutor at Auburn University. I believe in an integrated approach to tutoring in which I work with the student to solve sample problems then allow them to try problems on their own. I enjoy making fun and creative lesson plans to make the session interesting and informative for the student.
