I am passionate about teaching because it is a wonderful opportunity to help others gain the knowledge they need to succeed.
My experience teaching has come from teaching ESL at the English Learning Center in Guatemala. I have also been a tutor and teacher's aide for many courses at my university. Besides these experiences, I have also been a substitute teacher and have experience training others on the job.
My educational background consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from BYU-Idaho, CNA certification, and advanced Spanish-speaking abilities. I will be receiving my Master's in Social Work by the end of next year.
I tutor any social work or sociology courses. I also am able to tutor most psychology courses. I can teach Spanish, math, and a variety of other courses. My teaching philosophy is to adapt to each learner and they will more likely succeed.
